Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 - Parties

SELLER: BERMETAL
Buyer: The customer placing the order

Article 2 - Subject

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose features and sales price are specified below, which the Buyer ordered electronically via the Seller's website.

Article 3 - Product Subject to the Agreement

The features, sales price, and payment information of the product ordered by the Buyer are included in the order confirmation email.

Article 4 - Delivery

The product will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 1-5 business days from the receipt of the order.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.

Article 6 - Payment

The Buyer makes payment using the payment method chosen during the order. Payment information is protected by an SSL security certificate.

Article 7 - Disputes

In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.
